Written up in detail on temarikai.com. Basically you work interlocked spindles on all but three of the division lines. Those are reserved for the spindles (not interlocked) and embroidery for the tiger's face.

Notes

I did this one in response to a request on the Yahoo TalkTemari group. I definitely got plenty of spindle practice with this one! I didn't particularly enjoy the free embroidery part, I think others could do better. Madeira thread wrapped easier than expected in spite of being somewhat slick, not as fussy as wooly nylon, did not get 'slippy' until the end.
