Work a solid square at each 4-way intersection being careful that the corners meet at the halfway point when done. Use one row of metallic in between each color change. Add metallic pine needle stitches in the negative space.
Made for JTA certification level 1, later decided to create another one using only #5 perle rather than the linen fiber. I really like this one. I think it is the best squares design I have ever done both in color and fiber choice as well as execution.
