Directions

  1. Wrap bands on all C6 lines layering from the inside out: two rows orange, one row purple.
  2. With two strands in needle stitch a purple outline around one set of tetrahedral faces (four centers). Keep the stitches right next to the wrapped intersections.
  3. Add the purple center section (two strands in needle) with inner points on short lines and close to intersection, outer points around the band about 2/3 from center.
  4. Add purple lines connecting edges with stitches going under the wrap.
  5. Add blue triangle (one strand) right next to purple lines but over wrapped bands.
  6. Add orange triangle in between blue triangle and purple triangle from step 2.

Notes

Attempt at a C6 pattern, started with wrapped bands, the added purple center portion. I just kept playing with it until it 'looked finished' to me. An experiment with color and design.

Given To

No one, I removed the stitching and reused the mari for #061002.
