  1. One round black in all three directions
  2. Three rounds red, orange, and green each on its own division line
  3. One round black on all
  4. Three rounds red, orange, green
  5. One round black
  6. One round red, orange, green
  7. Finish with 1 round black
  8. Obi is wrapped out from center, 1 row black, green, black, orange, black, red, black.
  9. Secure obi with black X at intersections with wraps.
  10. Use single strand of black to work straight lines across the star at the N and S poles.

Notes

Olympus perle cotton is very soft and has a really nice drape and shine. Definitely worth searching out. These were comp threads in exchange for doing a temari and allowing a pic to be taken for use in advertising. Mari is on strofoam of some sort and thread wrap was not as thick as I prefer for a white wrap but it was OK. This is my teMarley since the colors remind me of reggae music.
