Directions

  1. Wrap mari and mark a C4 with gold metallic.
  2. Use stripped Patina in gold to begin the design wraps following book diagram.
  3. Continue wrapping, adding purple as required.
  4. Stitch starbursts in the equator negative space with gold metallic.
  5. Wrap obi with purple Patina, not stripped.

Notes

This is a temari done for the Temari Challenge Yahoo group thread challenge. I wanted to play with the different texture possible for the Patina when you strand it out rather than use it twisted. It was fairly easy to work with but very slick and very shiney. The shine makes it hard to photograph.

Sorry the directions are not more detailed on this one right now. I will expand them at some point with a proper diagram and details.
